Specialty Flooring was born out of a desire to provide clients with a dedicated personal service that will exceed expectations.
“Lifestyles have changed and Specialty Flooring offers a service that meets those changes. Being mobile allows me to meet with my clients at a time and place that best suits them. That time may be after hours, weekends or during their lunch break. I can catch up and discuss a client’s projects, onsite, at their workplace or in a cafe. l am completely flexible.
I am trade qualified and have over 35 years experience in the flooring industry. l can answer all my client’s questions with regard to their installation and product choices. It is important to take each client through the process step by step and explain the necessity of correct floor preparation and product choice. It is a big decision, not only financially, but cosmetically and practically, and l want my clients to be confident and happy with the selections they make.
I take great pride in the projects we undertake. My installers share that pride in their workmanship, and we treat each installation as if it is going in our own homes. That pride extends to the very end as we even vacuum our floors upon completion.
